Ingredients
2 cups fresh cranberries or blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar (stir in cranberries and set aside)
2 1/3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup melted butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup melted butter

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) jar caramel sauce
Directions
1 Combine 2 cups flour (save the 1/3 cup for the caramel) and the next 5 ingredients.
2 Stir in butter until crumbly.
3 Reserve a cup of this mixture.
4 Press remaining mixture into lightly greased 13x9" pan.
5 Bake 350ºF for 15 minutes.
6 Sprinkle with cranberries or blueberries, pecans, and chocolate chips.
7 Stir together caramel and 1/3 cup flour.
8 Spoon or drizzle over cranberries.
9 Sprinkle with reserve 1 cup mixture.
10 Bake 25 more minutes.
