Fresh Mango Salsa

2 cups fresh mango; chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper; finely chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper; finely chopped
3 tbsp fresh cilantro; chopped
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 cup green onion; finely chopped
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together in a non-aluminum bowl. Refigerate until ready to serve. Great with corn chips, pita chips, or even cinnamon and sugar chips.
